摘要 转化医学是强化基础研究与临床应用之间紧密结合的系统医学体系。其核心思想是以患者为中心来指导整个研究过程,进而推动医学科学研究理念的转变,迅速缩短基础与临床之间距离的一种多学科融合的研究模式。转化医学符合医学科学发展的内在客观规律,它将是21世纪医药学发展的新动力。结合在实践中利用转化医学的概念和步骤在北京社区开展大样本脑健康筛查,并对认知障碍患者实施中药干预的过程及从中应得到的启示等,探讨转化医学的实质。 Translational medicine is a systematic medical system combining closely basic research and clinical application. The core ideology is to guide the whole research process with the thought of patient-centered, push forward the transformation of medical research idea, and shorten rapidly the distance between fundamental and clinic. Translational medicine, a research mode integrated muhiple disciplines, accords with the inner objective law of medical science development and will be a new power promoting medicine development in 21~ century. The substance of translational medicine has been investigated through a big sample screening of brain health in Beijing communities and enlightenment from the intervention of cognitive impairment with Chinese medicinal.
