青岛市农村小学教师专业发展的现状、问题与对策

On the Status,Problems and Countermeasures of the Teachers' Professional Development in Qingdao Rural Primary Schools

摘要 多数青岛市农村小学的教师认同小学教育的专业性,并具备良好的职业精神,但缺少专业发展的条件。他们能够参加的培训层次普遍不高,同时面临的工作压力也很大。只有增强培训的针对性和实效性,才能促进他们的专业发展。为此,教育行政部门、学校领导和一线教师等各方面力量都需要提出具体的对策。 Most of the teachers in Qingdao rural primary schools identify with the professional traits of the primary education,and have good professional spirit.However,they're short of the conditions for their professional development.The trainings they can attend are generally low-level,and the pressure they're confronting is very serious.Only by means of strengthening the pertinence and effectiveness of their trainings,can their professional development be promoted.Therefore,some specific countermeasures should be put forward by the educational administrative departments,the school leaders,and the teachers.
