摘要
本文报告经CT证实的原发性桥脑出血10例,就临床表现、CT所见及预后进行了讨论。本组中有9例为高血压动脉硬化所致,轻型病例并不少见,按国内文献,本病存活率为65.56％,而本组为50％。CT对早期诊断、判断预后及指导治疗方面有重要意义。
Ten cases of primary pontine hemorrhage varified through CT were reported. The clinical manifestation, CT present and prognosis were discussed especially for the clinical signs. There were 9 cases caused by the hypertensive arteriosclerosis in our series. The cases with mild symptoms were not rare. According to the domestic lectures, the rate of survivor is 65.56%, but it is 50% in our study, CT is of significance for early diagnosis, prognosis and treatment.
