摘要
目的:探讨尿毒症患者并发主动脉夹层的原因及处理。方法:结合我院收治的1例及近3年国内外各类期刊发表9例共10例分析总结。结果:经内科药物强化治疗,控制血压及心率、加强血液透析等治疗,好转9例(复发1例,经治疗好转),死亡1例。结论:尿毒症合并主动脉夹层可能为多种因素共同作用的结果,急性期经内科药物强化治疗,同时加强血液透析,病情可得到有效控制。
Objective：to study the patients developed uremia aortic dissecting the reasons and processing.Methods：with regard to the 1 cases were nearly three years and all kinds of domestic and foreign journals 9 in 10 cases were reviewed.Results： after medical treatment intensification drugs to control blood pressure and heart rate,strengthen blood dialysis treatment such as improved,9 cases,recurrence in 1,and death in one.Conclusions： uremia merger may for aortic dissection many factors results,acute period the drug therapy intensification and strengthen internal hemodialysis,illness can be controlled effectively.
