摘要
目的:探讨度洛西汀和帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:92例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的抑郁症患者随机分为两组。分别给予度洛西汀和帕罗西汀治疗8周,用HAMD17项评定疗效。TESS评定治疗中出现的不良反应。结果:度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效相当,且起效快。结论:度洛西汀是快速安全有效的抗抑郁药之一,可用于治疗抑郁和焦虑共病患者。
Objective：Discussion of Roxie Dean and paroxetine in the treatment of depression in the efficacy and safety of.Methods：92 patients with CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria for major depression were randomly divided into two groups.Were given degree Roxie Dean and paroxetine in the treatment of 8 weeks,with（HAMD17） to evaluate the curative effect.（TESS） assess treatment-emergent adverse reaction.Results： the degree of Luoxi statin and paroxetine in the treatment of depression curative effect,and has the advantages of quick response.Conclusions： the degree of Luoxi statin is fast safe and effective antidepressant,may be used for the treatment of comorbid depression and anxiety of patients.
