布地奈德压缩雾化吸入治疗46例儿童急性支气管炎疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨压缩雾化吸入布地奈德治疗儿童急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例儿童急性支气管炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组46例,对照组34例,在两组均采用综合治疗的基础上,治疗组加布地奈德压缩雾化吸入。对治疗前后症状、体征持续时间进行比较。结果:治疗组在治愈率、缓解喘憋、缩短哮鸣音及咳嗽持续时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德压缩雾化吸入治疗儿童急性支气管炎,可缩短病程,改善肺功能,疗效确切且方便、安全,可作为治疗急性支气管炎的主要选择方法之一。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Budsonide nebulising suspension in halation on children with acute bronchitis.Methods:80 cases,aged 3years to 7 years,admitted to hospital with acute bronchitis,were divided into two groups randomly.34cases in control group were treated with synthetic therapy and 46cases in the other group were assist-treated with Budsonide nebulising suspension inhalation based on the same synthetic therapy.The clinical effect,pulmonary function was evaluated in both groups.Results: The group with inhaled Budsonide nebulising suspension showed a rapid improvement in respiratory symptoms(such as wheezing,cough) and airway obstruction.The pulmonary functions also improved obviously in the Budsonide nebulising suspension group compared with those in control group.Conclusions: The clinical symptoms of acute bronchitis can be controlled and the pulmonary function can be improved with the use of Budsonide nebulising suspension inhalation,which is convenient and without many side effects.It can be one of the major drugs in the assist-treatment of children with acute bronchitis.
