摘要
综合运用文献资料法、抽样问卷调查等多种方法,对安徽省8所高师院校大学生的闲暇时间与生活方式;大学生闲暇体育的动机、参与频数与投入时间、参与项目、参与形式方面进行了调查与分析,并分析了影响大学生参与闲暇体育的积极与消极的因素,针对存在的问题提出了相关的解决建议,以期为高校学校体育事业发展提供可借鉴的参考.
By a comprehensive use of literature review and sampling questionnaires,a survey and analysis was made among college students from 8 teachers universities of Anhui province about the recreational sports in respects of leisure time,living mode,motive and frequency of participation,time devoted,sports item,and means of participation so as to find out the active and negative influencing factors which might affect students＇ participation in the sport.Suggestions are made to solve the relevant problems observed in our findings in the hope of throw some light on the development of college sports.
