技术效率、技术进步与我国羊绒生产的全要素生产率——基于DEA-Malmquist指数法的分析 被引量:11

摘要 根据2003~2009年内蒙古、宁夏和西藏的羊绒生产成本收益面板数据,本文利用DEA-Malmquist指数法,对我国羊绒生产的全要素生产率(TFP)进行了测算和分析。研究结果表明,我国羊绒生产TFP年均增长率为负且总体上呈现"N"状的变化特征;羊绒生产出现了技术效率提高与技术退化并存的现象,羊绒生产TFP的增长主要来源于技术效率的提高,但这种作用不强,技术退化则对TFP的增长形成了较强的负向作用;宁夏和西藏羊绒生产TFP均出现不同程度的下降,只有内蒙古实现了增长。最后,本文提出了相应的政策建议。 Based on the cost-benefit panel data from 2003 to 2009 of the production of cashmere in Neimenggu, Ningxia and Xizang, this paper applied DEA-Malmquist index to estimate the TFP of the prQduction of cashmere in China. The empirical research results indicated that the average annual TFP of the production of cashmere was negative and presented"N" shape. Technical efficiency progress and technical degeneration were both exiting, the former was the main source of the increase in TFP and gradually boosted the increase in TFP and this effect wasn't strong, and the latter had a strongly adverse effect on the increase in TFP. TFP undergoes negative growth in Ningxia and Xizang, but positive growth in Neimenggu. At last, this article puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
