摘要
对数控车床自动上料过程进行设计,并进行仿真分析。机械手上料采用主轴孔的顶料过程,当一根料顶进主轴孔后,然后再用第二根料顶前一根料,采用后料顶前料的方法,降低了上料时间并提高生产效率。
The automatic up-loading process for NC turning machine is designed in this paper.And the simulation analysis of the process is done.In the up-loading process using robot hand,a special method of pushing work—piece blank into spindle hole is adopted,in which the first work—piece blank is pushed into the spindle hole,and the second work—piece blank is used to push the first one respectively.This method can save time and improve productivity effiency for the up—loading and hence productivity increased.
