摘要
根据水润滑推力轴承运行时满足的基本物理方程,推导建立了计算水膜厚度的仿真模型,将水膜与石墨瓦块、钢基、瓦间水流和支承部件等作为一个系统进行耦合计算分析,计算结果表明在给定参数下,水润滑推力轴承运行时产生的水膜,能够满足推力轴承对安全的要求,所建模型可以为轴承的设计提供一种有效的仿真工具。
The water mould thickness simulation model was build which is depended on the basic physics equation when the water embellish bearing working.It takes the water mould,graphite tile,steel substrate,the running water between the tiles,and the bearing assembly as a system to calculate and analysis.The result indicated the water mould when the water embellish bearing running created can meet the security requirement.The simulation model provided a powerful tool for the designing of the water embellish bearing.
