摘要
针对窗口检测法在窗口间存在重复检测和检测时间代价大等问题,提出一种新的锋电位峰值检测算法。该方法以改进的窗口检测法为基础,结合阈值法对锋电位进行检测。所提出的方法在来源于英国莱斯特大学的仿真数据上进行了验证,实验表明,该方法在不影响运行时间的同时,在误报率和漏报率方面相对于阈值检测法和窗口检测法有明显降低。
A new spike detection method is proposed based on window detection method.In order to solve the repeated detection problem and improve the detection efficiency,the improved method combines the threshold detection in window detection method.The performance of the presented method is tested on simulated data coming from the University of Leicester.Experiment results show that the improved method has much lower false-negative-rate and high detection accuracy than other traditional detection methods,and it can improve the detection efficiency without slowing down the speed.
