摘要
采用柱色谱方法分离孕二烯酮(1)中的杂质,经UV、IR、NMR、MS光谱确证其结构为15α-乙酰氧基炔化物(2),并分析其形成过程。
The impurity in gestodene product was separated by repeated column chromatography. Its chemical structure was elucidated as 15α acetoxy 17α ethynyl 17β hydroxy 18 methyl 4 estren 3 one on the basis of its UV,IR,NMR,MS data. A possible mechanism for its formation is proposed.
