摘要
本文介绍了一种采用双侧脑室体外引流术加腰穿放液治疗原发性全脑室出血的方法,7例全部存活,此法疗效显著,简便易行,有推广价值。
The present paper introduced a therapeutic method of primary intraventricular hemorrhage (IPVH), Bilateral external ventricular drainage with lumbar puncture drainage was taken in the treatment, all of seven cases in the study was survival. The effect of the therapy was remarkable and it is easy to be mastered and to be spread.
