摘要
目的建立快速检测食品中硒含量的方法。方法采用硒(IV)-SCN---罗丹明B显色体系,通过优化体系反应时间、pH、显色剂浓度、吐温用量等条件,建立了基于比色法快速检测硒含量的方法。结果该方法在606nm处吸光值最大,检测的线性范围为0~3.6μg/L,相关系数为0.9938,相对标准偏差和检出限分别为4.64%和0.118μg/L。使用该方法和原子荧光光谱法分别测定富硒大米和富硒粽叶中的硒含量,检测结果没有显著性差异。结论建立了快速检测食品中硒含量的方法,该方法操作简单、快速、实用。
Objective To establish a simple and highly selective method of Se detection in foods.Method Selenium(IV) – SCN--Rhodamine B reaction system was established by optimal reaction time,pH,concentration of color reagent and Tween-20.Results The maximum value of absorptivity existed at the wavelength of 606 nm.The detection limit of the method was 0.118μg/L and the relative standard deviation was 4.64%.The calibration curve of Se was linear over 0-3.6μg/L with slope of 0.2345,with correlation coefficient of +0.9938.This method was successfully used in the determination of selenium in rice samples.Conclusion The results of T-Test showed no significant difference between this method and method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry.This method was simple,quick and practical.
