摘要
目的探讨大豆异黄酮(SI)对小鼠抗运动性疲劳的作用。方法(1)选用雄性昆明小鼠40只,根据体重随机分为四组:正常组、SI 0.2%、0.4%、0.8%组。正常组喂AIN-93M合成饲料,SI各组在AIN-93M合成饲料中添加相应的SI。喂养2w后,小鼠2%负重游泳,记录小鼠的游泳力竭时间,筛选SI适宜抗疲劳作用剂量。(2)选用雄性昆明小鼠30只,根据体重随机分为三组:正常组、对照组、SI 0.4%组。喂养2w后,对照和SI组小鼠负重2%游泳1h,然后处死所有小鼠,测定其血乳酸(Lac)、尿素氮(NPN)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)以及肝糖原和肌糖原含量。结果从力竭游泳时间上,SI 0.4%剂量组效果最好,与正常组相比,游泳力竭时间明显延长(P<0.05);从生化指标上看,与正常组相比,对照组和SI 0.4%组血清游离脂肪酸含量有了明显增加(P<0.05);与对照组相比,SI 0.4%组小鼠游泳后,血乳酸和尿素氮都有了明显的下降(P<0.05)。结论大豆异黄酮具有一定的缓解运动性疲劳作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of soybean isoflavones(SI) on the antifatigue effects in swimming mice.Method(1)Forty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal control,SI 0.2,SI 0.4,SI 0.8.The normal control group was fed basic AIN-93M diet.SI groups were supplied the diets with SI at corresponding doses.Two weeks later,the mice were forced to swim,and the weight-loaded swimming time was determined.(2) Thirty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups: normal control,swimming control and SI 0.4% group.The treatment was the same as before.Two weeks later,the mice were forced to swim for an hour,and then executed.The samples of blood,liver and hind muscles were collected.The serum lactate,nonprotein nitrogen,free fatty acids were measured.Results The weight-loaded swimming time of SI 0.4 group was obviously improved.Compared with normal control,the serum free fatty acids were significantly improved in the group of the swimming control and SI 0.4 group.Compared with the swimming control,the serum lactate,nonprotein nitrogen were obviously reduced in the SI 0.4 group.Conclusion Soybean isoflavone was shown to have anti-fatigue effect and could improve the energy metabolism,antioxidant capacity in mice.
