摘要
该文从教育行政部门、学校及社会公众的不同视角入手,分析各主体在区域教育信息化进程中遇到的问题与困难,提出以公共教育服务与教育治理理念为指导开展区域教育信息化工作的新思路,并明确了将信息技术作为面向公众的信息和服务传播渠道、将信息技术作为面向多元主体的沟通与绩效提升工具两条实践思路。
From different perspectives of education administrative organizations, schools, and the public, the paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the process of informationization for education. It is suggested to promote the informationization of regional education under the guidance of theories of public educational service and governance. The paper also pointed out that the information technology should be served as a tool both for the dissemination of public information, transformation of information, multi-subject-oriented communication, and the improvement of performance.
