摘要
为进一步控制麻疹的发病,山东省于1999年首次在全省范围内对8月龄～7岁儿童进行了一次麻疹疫苗(MV)强化免疫。实际接种总人数为4481143人,报告接种率为9567%抽样调查的接种率为9815%(1541/1570)。用省统计局公布的人口数对本次MV强化免疫的接种率进行评估发现,全省总接种率约为80%,各地区、市及各年龄组的估算接种率有所不同。本次MV强化免疫基本达到预期目标。
In order to accelerate measles control in Shandong Province of China, the measles vaccine(MV) mass immunization campaign for the children of 8 months to 7 years old in the province was carried out for the first time in 1999. The total immunization coverage rate reported was 95.67% ( 4,481, 143/4,684,196), and that by sampling investigation was 98.15% (1,541/1,570). The estimated coverage rate by adopting the population data from Provincial Statistical Bureau was about 80% differing from that by prefectures and by age groups. It showed that the MV mass immunization campaign had almost reached the primary target.
