飞机载荷机构特性的自动检测仪研制

Development of automatic test instrument for aircraft feel simulator characteristics

摘要 为满足飞机装备科学化保障的基本需要,提出了载荷机构特性自动检测的原理方案,研制了相应的通用性自动检测仪,通过计算机控制,成功地实现了载荷机构特性的实时自动检测。检测结果准确可靠,为提高飞机维修保障的可靠性提供了一项科学化的管理手段。 In order to meet the basic demands for scientific support of aircraft, this paper introduces a kind of principle scheme for automatically detecting the characteristics of test feel simulator, develops the corresponding automatic test instrument in common ap plication. And, automatic realtime tests on feel simulator charac teristic have been made successively by the means of computer con trol. The test results are accurate and reliable, and show that the test instrument provides a scientific management approach to im prove the reliability of aircraft maintenance support.
