摘要
用于高造斜率井眼轨迹控制工具的牙嵌式电磁离合器是针对高造斜工具恶劣工作环境而设计的特殊电磁离合器。要求在不停轴的情况下实现离合,所以离合器会发生较强烈的冲击。用ANSYS/LS-DYNA来模拟齿环的啮合过程,计算啮合过程中的应力值。文中阐述了该齿环的计算过程,为了计算方便,对齿环做了一定的简化,取最易发生冲击破坏的状态模拟计算。计算结果表明,不停轴啮合的电磁离合器齿环有一定的冲击,但应力分布均匀。为解决轮廓处的应力集中问题,设计中对齿环轮廓进行倒角处理。
The toothed electromagnetic clutch used as the traj ectory control tool for high build rate wellbore is a special electro magnetic clutch which is designed for high build rate tool in severe operating environment. It is required to achieve engagement/disen gagement in the condition without stopping the drill shaft. There- fore, the clutch will endure much more intense attack. This paper simulated the engagement process by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA soft ware, and calculated the stress in the engagement process. The cal culation procedures of gear rings were described. For the purpose of easy calculation, the gear rings were simplified, and calculation was simulated by taking the state that the broken happened most easily. The result indicates that there is certain shock with the elec tromagnetic clutch engaged without stopping the drill shaft, but the stress is uniformly distributed. The gear ring is chamfered in the design so as to solve the stress concentration on the profile.
