被动式永磁阻尼器设计中磁转矩的工程计算 被引量:2

Engineering calculation of magnetic torque in design of passive permanent magnet damper

摘要 介绍了2种计算被动式永磁阻尼器磁转矩的工程方法,即高斯定理法和磁场有限元法。通过具体模型对比了2种方法的计算特点,并使用有限元软件Ansoft分析了永磁阻尼器各参数对输出的磁转矩的影响。用Ansoft仿真与实际测试结果进行了对比,验证了有限元法有较好的计算精度,适合在工程实际中推广。 This paper introduces two engineering methods cal culating magnetic torque of passive permanent magnet damper, i.e. Gauss theorem method and magnetic field finite element method. Comparison between calculation characteristics of these two methods has been conducted through concrete models, the influence on out put magnetic torque by different parameters of permanent magnet damper was analyzed by applying Ansoft FEM software. The results of simulation by Ansoft and actual test were compared, it was veri fied that the finite element method has better calculation precision, and it is suitable for engineering practice promotion.
