摘要
通过研究CCD(电荷耦合器件)相关电路的各种噪声源,深入分析了各种噪声的特性,建立了CCD的电路噪声模型和数学模型,并通过MATLAB仿真软件对噪声模型进行了仿真,最后把仿真结果与实测噪声信号进行比较,验证了模型的正确性。通过对电路噪声模型的分析,以寻求更好的抑制CCD相关电路噪声的方法。
Through the research of CCD correlation circuit noise and the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the noise, the CCD circuit noise model and the corresponding mathematical model were established. And then the noise of the circuits was simulated with MATLAB. Finally by the comparison of the simulation results and the measured noise signal of the real circuits, the validity of noise model was tested. The analysis of the circuit noise model is helpful to get a better method of inhibiting CCD corre- lation circuit noise.
