摘要
目前本质安全栅参数的测试多为人工或半自动测试,人为因素影响大,测试结果不能自动保存,设计了1套自动测试本质安全栅参数的系统。采用单片机和CPLD相结合的方案,控制继电器的通断来实现多路测试,并与计算机相连,将测试数据结果上传,实现数据的显示和存储。这样,降低了生产成本,节约了大量资源,提高检测质量和效率,避免了手工测试产生的误差,对企业实现生产自动化起到了重要作用。
At present the parameter of intrinsic safety barrier are most manual or semi-automatic detection, human errors have a great influence, the testing results cannot be automatically saved, this paper designed a set of automatic detection system for in- trinsic safety barrier. The system used the scheme of MCU and CPLD,the multi-channel test is achieved by controlling the state of the relays, and the system can upload the measurement data by connecting with a computer, the measurement data can be displayed and stored. Then, it reduces the cost of production and improves the quality and efficiency, and avoids human error. The system plays an important role in achieving production automation.
