摘要
为提高测量结果的置信度,设计了一种基于FPGA的等精度转矩转速测试仪。测试仪采用等精度测量法,使转矩、转速信号的测试精度得到提高,且在整个测试范围内恒定不变;采用即插即用接口的结构设计,使主测试机箱可接任意型号转矩转速传感器,通用性强。用户可通过设置闸门时间调节测试精度,被测信号和标准信号若无法同步则改用直接测量法。研究结果表明,该测试仪测试精度满足要求。
In order to obtain precise and believable measurement results,the FPGA-based rotary torque and speed tester with equal precision has been designed.By using equal precision measurement method,the tester enhances the measurement accuracy for rotary torque and speed,and makes them constantly within entire test range.With plug-and-play interface,the main test box can be connected to any types of torque and speed sensors,thus it is versatile.Through setting gate time,users can adjust the measurement accuracy.If the measured signal and standard signal cannot be synchronized,the tester switches into direct measurement mode.The result of practice shows that the accuracy of the tester satisfies the requirement.
