摘要 随着控制技术研究的不断深入,人们对距离的测量要求越来越高。为了实现对测量对象距离的实时监测,设计了一种高精度超声波测距系统。该设计主要以C8051F为核心,通过温度变化对声速作相应的处理,对最终测试结果进行校正,并根据距离自动调整超声波频率。同时,通过LabVIEW,实现了数据实时显示、存储、报警和打印等功能,并完成了单片机系统与计算机之间的通信。该系统具有检测方便、实时数据采集传输、费用低廉和测量精度高等优点。 Along with the thorough going research on control technology,the functional requirements of distance measurement are much higher.In order to implement real-time monitoring the measurement of the distance of the object,the high precision ultrasonic distance measuring system has been designed with the C8051F as the core.Considering the impact of temperature on the ultrasonic velocity,the system processes the sound velocity in accordance with the temperature changes,and makes correction on the final test results.In addition,the frequency of ultrasonic is adjusted automatically based on the distance.By using LabVIEW,the functions of real-time data display,data storage,alarm and printout,as well as the communication between MCU and host computer are implemented.The system features ease detection,real-time data acquisition and transmission,low cost and high accuracy.
