摘要
为满足RFID封装设备基板传输过程中的工况需求,提出了一种基于PARKER控制器的多轴级联控制方法。该方案除了采用位置控制环路外,还增加了以张力传感器反馈信号形成的张力外环。通过对内外环的串级控制,可以同时对位置和张力进行调节和控制,具有调试方便、维护和管理简单、成本较低等优点。试验结果表明,该控制方法可以较好地实现张力控制,满足RFID封装设备基板输送系统的需求。
To fulfill the requirements of substrate transmission process in RFID packaging equipment,the multi-axle cascade control method based on PARKER controller is proposed.In this strategy,besides the inner position control loop,the outer tension loop formed by the feedback signal of the tension sensor is added.Through cascade control of these two loops,tension and position can be regulated and controlled simultaneously.The method features easy checkout,maintenance and management,as well as low cost.The result of tests shows that tension control can be well implemented to meet the demand of substrate feeding system for RFID packaging equipment.
