摘要
综述了现有复合材料风电叶片的外形设计、成型工艺、叶片增强材料体系的研究进展,介绍了碳纤维与玻璃纤维混杂复合材料在风机叶片中的应用和目前存在的问题。碳纤维复合材料叶片设计与制造技术为风力发电机组单机容量的大型化发展提供了有力的技术基础与保障,具有非常良好的研究应用前景。
The research process of the composite wind-power blades, including the appearance design, molding process and leaf reinforced material system, is summarized. And the application and the existing problems about the carbon fiber with glass fiber mixed composite materials in the fan blade are introduced. At last the technology of de: sign and manufacture producing carbon composite blades are described, also the developing prospects are pointed out. The capacity of each unit of wind turbine generators are getting to a tendency of great size, the technical base and guarantee is offered.
