金属掺杂是二氧化钛改性最活跃的一个领域。金属掺杂的二氧化钛纳米线不仅具有巨大的比表面积,而且其光电性能优异,使其在太阳能电池和光催化领域得到广泛应用。介绍了金属掺杂二氧化钛纳米线的制备方法、掺杂状态及其对光电性能的影响。
Metal dope is the important topic of the investigation of TiOz. With the development of nano-science, metal doped TiOz nanowires, which have the large specific surface area and the excellent photoelectric properties, have been drawing more attentiora. In fact, metal doped Ti02 nanowires have been considered one of the most promising candidates in solar cells, especially in photocatalytic applications. The preparation methods, doped states and pro- perties of metal-doped titanium dioxide nanowires are detailed introduced.
