摘要
研制了可调式组合三角形复位外固定器(下简称外固定器),并用于23例(27足)跟骨骨折患者。随访5～28个月(平均13个月),结节关节角、跟骨纵轴高度复位正常率为100%;距下关节关节面完全复位者达92.6%;跟骨增宽恢复正常率88.8%。认为此外固定器适用于各类跟骨骨折,与传统的治疗方法相比,具有复位精确、固定牢固等优点。
The adjustable triangular external fixator was studied,and it was used for 23 patients with calcaneus fracture The patients were follow uped from 2 to 28 months(average 13months) The result showed that the rate of reduction regarding the Bohler's angle and calcaneus vertical height was 100% the rate of the articular surface completely reduced on intra articular fracture of subtalar joint was 92 6% The breadth of calcaneus fracture full recovery was 88 8% This suggests that the kind of reduction and fixation apparatus can be applied to all kind of alcaneus fracture,especially the complicated comminuted cases The calcaneus fracture can be reduced and fixed accurately and promptly comparing with the traditional methods
