摘要
目的研究产自内蒙古自治区的雀鹿蕊的化学成分。方法雀鹿蕊乙醇提取液依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,萃取物经色谱柱重结晶HPLC纯化,数据分析鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了13个化合物,(+)-松萝酸(1),2,4-二羟基-6-戊基苯甲酸-3-羟基-4-甲氧羰基-5-戊基苯基酯(2),黑茶渍素(3),2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸-3-羟基-4-甲氧羰基-2,5-二甲基苯基酯(4),赤星衣酸乙酯(5),丁二酸(6),十四酸乙酯(7),α-香树脂醇乙酸酯(8),2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸甲酯(9),2,4-二羟基-3-醛基-6-甲基苯甲酸甲酯(10),2-羟基-4-甲氧基-6-正戊基苯甲酸(11),2-羟基-4-甲氧基-6-正戊基苯甲酸甲酯(12),2-羟基-4-甲氧基-6-正戊基苯甲酸乙酯(13)。结论化合物2、4、6、7、8、10、12、13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of Cladoniae stellardis(Opiz.) collected from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.METHODS Having obtained the ethanolic extract of Cladoniae stellardis(Opiz.) with petro-ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol,gel column,recrystallization and HPLC analysis were subjected to purify the extracts and their structure was determined.RESULTS Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as usuic acid(1),3-hydroxy-4-(methoxycarbonyl)-5-pentylphenyl 2,4-dihydroxy-6-pentylbenzoate(2),atranorin(3),3-hydroxy-4-(methoxycarbonyl)-2,5-dimethylphenyl 2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoate(4),uthyl haematommate(5),succinic acid(6),ethyl myristate(7),α-amyrin acetate(8),methyl 2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethyl benzoate(9),methyl 3-formyl-2,4-dihydroxy-6-methyl benzoate(10),2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-n-pentylbenzoic acid(11),methyl 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-pentylbenzoate(12),ethyl 2-hydroxy-4-ethoxy-6-pentylbenzoate(13).CONCLUSION Compounds 2,4,6,7,8,10,12,and 13 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
