经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术的围手术期护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术围手术期的护理方法。方法对58例患者行经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术,术前给予心理疏导、体位耐受训练及肠道准备,术后做好体位护理、并发症护理、功能锻炼及出院指导。结果本组均顺利完成手术,术后疼痛均得到缓解,其中55例术后随访疼痛完全缓解,3例部分缓解。结论经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术的围手术期给予精心护理,可使患者顺利接受手术,减轻手术疼痛,早日康复。 Objective To explore perioperative nursing methods after percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty.Methods Percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty was applied to 58 patients.Comprehensive perioperative nursing care was given to the patients,including preoperative psycho guidance,intestinal preparation,postoperative posture nursing care,nursing care for complication,functional exercise and instruction for the discharged patients.Results The pain of 55 patients was relieved completely,partial relieved in 3 patients.Conclusion Carefulnursing care can ensure the success of the operation and relieve the pain resulting from operation so as to promote patients'recovery when Percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty is applied in perioperative period.
