摘要
目的观察针刺八髎穴对脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱功能障碍残余尿量和排尿功能的影响。方法采用随机分组,实验组针刺八髎穴,对照组针刺膀胱经和任脉的常用穴位,共6周,测定治疗前后膀胱残余尿量和排尿功能,比较2组残余尿量和排尿功能的变化。结果与治疗前比较,2组膀胱残余尿量均明显降低(P<0.01),排尿功能明显好转(P<0.05)。结论针刺八髎穴能明显改善脊髓损伤患者的膀胱残余尿量和排尿功能,达到多穴位针刺的效果。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at Baliao on residual urine volume （RUV） and urination function （UF） of patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injure （SCI）. Methods 36 inpatients with neurogenic bladder caused by SCI were assigned to two groups, the control group （n= 10） received acupuncturing conventional acupoints of micturition disability in addition to the routine rehabilitation methods, and the treatment group （n= 26） received acupuncturing Baliao in addition to the routine rehabilitation methods for 6 weeks. The RUV and UF of patients in the two groups were detected and compared before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment, the RUV was significantly decreased in the two groups （P〈0.01）, and the UF was markedly improved （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Baliao can improve the RUV and UF of patients with neurogenic bladder caused by SCI markedly, and the effect is close to that of routine acupuncture stimulation of multiple acupoints.
