介绍了在医院建设中合理配置人才资源、充分开发人才资源的实践经验:把尖子人才放在尖子位置是领导的第一职责;创造拔尖人才脱颖而出的环境、机制和氛围是医院创新工作的主要内容;通过提高医院的综合实力,不断增强吸引人才的凝聚力。
For hospital services to develop by relying on scientific and technological progress, it is essential to create environment, mechanism, atmosphere where competent professionals are discovered, cultured, promoted to important posts so that they: play substantial, complementary, or other in - kind roles in resolving problems of research projects, clinical practice, management and operation; develop innovative programs designed to actively respond to a changing environment full of opportunities and challenges of market economy; attract more persons of ability so as to bring expertises, techniques, comparative advantages needed for combined strength, wisdom, experience; increasingly improve universality, comprehensiveness, accessibility, social and economic benefits of hospital services.
