下颌低位阻生第三磨牙两种拔除方法的临床效果比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的:比较高速涡轮牙钻磨裂沟法(斜磨、纵磨、横磨)与常规劈冠法在拔除下颌低位阻生第三磨牙时的临床效果,评价磨裂沟法的临床可行性。方法:实验组195颗阻生齿,用磨裂沟法拔除;对照组165颗阻生齿,采用常规劈冠法拔除。记录手术时间、术后疼痛、面部水肿、张口受限及干槽症发生情况。结果:高速涡轮牙钻磨裂沟法在拔除下颌低位阻生智齿的手术时间、术后疼痛、面部水肿、张口受限及干槽症发生等情况均少于常规劈冠法,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磨裂沟法是将复杂的操作简单化,手术时间短,术后并发症少。 Objective: To assess the superiority of high-speed air turbine handpiece odontotomy in extraction of impacted mandibular third molar.Methods: Teeth extraction were randomly divided into two groups.Group A,195 impacted mandibular third molars were extracted using high-speed air turbine handpieces odontotomy;group B,165 using traditional chisel leverage as the control group.Operating time,postoperative pain,facial edema,limitation of mouth opening,and incidence of dry socket were recorded.All statistical analysis were carried out with SPSS 13.0 for Windows.We used the Student t test to examine the differences.Results: There was significant difference between the two groups in operating time,aches,postoperative edema,limitation of mouth opening and incidence of dry socket(P0.05).Conclusion: High speed air turbine handpiece odontotomy applying in extraction of impacted teeth can efficiently shortened operation time with fewer complications and easier manipulation.
