摘要
作为践行循环经济的代表性产业,再生聚酯的发展一直在国际上备受关注,通过多年研究实践,目前已出现了瓶-瓶、瓶-纤维、纤维-纤维等几种回收再生模式。近日,我国也出台了若干项关于"十二五"期间促进再生资源回收再利用的鼓励政策和措施,其中多项重点提及聚酯瓶片和废弃纺织品的回收再生,这为我国再生聚酯尤其是再生化纤行业带来了新的发展契机。目前,我国的再生化纤行业主要集中在涤纶领域,其虽在产能上发展迅猛,但同时也显露出很多亟待解决的问题。本专题以采访为主要形式,邀请业内多位专家从原料、技术、市场、认证、政策等方面,较深入地剖析了国内外再生聚酯行业的发展现状及趋势,通过一些发达国家和地区以及相关企业先进经验的分享,力图为我国的再生聚酯行业提供一定的借鉴。
As a typical industry of circular economy,recycled polyester has been paid close attention worldwide,thus some recycling system emerged,such as bottle-to-bottle,fiber-to-fiber.To develop circular economy,some policies were issued in China lately,and recycling of PET bottle and textiles is taken as a significant aspect.Although recycled synthetic fiber in China,mainly polyester fiber is booming in production capacity in recent years,there are still many problems to be solved urgently.Interviewing some experts of recycled polyester industry,this feature tried to take a deep insight into this industry in terms of raw material,technology,market,third-party certification,etc.,and hoped to provide some references for the industry practitioners.
