摘要
合成了耐海洋环境聚氨酯材料,设计了模具,探讨了成型工艺,制造了一种新型减振螺旋列板,参数为螺距17.5D、高度0.25D、螺头数3。通过海上涡激振动拖曳试验表明,涡激振动抑制效率均在80%以上,最高可达到89.0%,达到了国际先进水平。
Through utilizing a new type of polyurethane of high marine environment tolerance, designing related mould and using appropriate forming process, a novel kind of helical strake was got which was 3 start with height 0.25D and pitch 17.5D. According to the experimentation result of offshore VIV(vortex induced vibration), the suppression effi ciency of helical strake exceeded 80% at each towing speed experiment, and the upmost efficiency was as high as 89.0%. Recommendations for the future directions of helical strake research were addressed in the end.
