摘要
"十一五"期间,水利信息化取得了显著成就,有力支撑了水利各项工作,在水利现代化进程中发挥了不可替代的推动作用。随着"中央一号文件"的出台和中央水利工作会议的召开,对水利信息化工作提出了明确的安排和部署,水利信息化既面临大好的发展机遇,也面临着严峻的挑战,这要求水利信息化工作这在思想上要有新认识,工作中要有新思路,执行中要有新举措,手段上要采用新技术,服务上要拓展新领域。当前,实施"金水工程"是水利信息化工作的总体抓手,加快重点工程建设是近期的首要任务。
During the eleventh five-year plan period, great achievements were made in the information explosion process of water industry, which provides a powerful support for all water-related work, and it gives an irreplaceable impel to the modernization of water resources. With the issue of No. 1 central document and the convening of central conference on water resources, overall plan on the information explosion process of water industry is made. The information explosion process of water industry is facing a rare chance for development as well as tough challenges. Therefore, it is imperative to heighten ideological awareness, come up with new ideas about work, take new moves in endeavor, use new technologies as means, and expand new service area. At present, implementation of Jinshui project is the general fulcrum for the information explosion process of water industry, and speeding up construction of major engineering is the primary task in the near future.
