摘要
为了保护长沙县浏阳河、捞刀河的水资源,通过对两河流域水质现状及污染源的调查分析,确定了各河流分区水质保护目标。根据两河流域水污染源现状调查成果,分析了主要污染物现状排放量。针对水功能区的纳污能力分析成果,提出主要污染物入河控制量方案。在现有成果及相关资料基础上,根据两河流域特征,针对存在的突出问题,提出了水资源保护目标及对策。
To protect the Liuyang River in Changsha County,water resources in the Laodaohe River,through the Water Quality and pollution in Mesopotamia survey analysis to determine the partition of the river water quality protection goals.According to sources of water pollution in Mesopotamia Survey results,the status of emissions of major pollutants is analyzed.For the functional areas of the assimilative capacity of water analysis results,the amount of major pollutants is made into the river control scheme.In the present results and related information based on the characteristics of Mesopotamia,water conservation measures are proposed.
