摘要
政府商事登记档案保管机构分散,信息分散造成公众查询时的诸多不便,本文基于商事登记档案的公示特性和社会价值提出"商事登记档案信息资源共享"这一创新模式,并对其可行性以及实现机制进行了初步探讨。
Focusing on the nature of publicity innovative approach,namely ＂Inter-institutional prospects of which are demonstrated at several that a high-level administrative body should be of business registration archives,the paper puts forward an Information Resource Sharing for Business Archives＂ , the angles such as necessity and feasibility. The theory holds established to take care of the coordination and compensation of sectional interests.
