自然资源政府管制措施的合法性分析——以OPEC为例 被引量：2

摘要 当下,世界各国对自然资源的争夺日益激烈,不少生产国对自然资源采取的出口管制措施的合法性问题也引发了巨大的争议。尽管OPEC采取的限产保价政策客观上会影响国际石油贸易的数量与价格,但其在国际法(即WTO法)框架下仍具有合法性。OPEC的做法值得我们在应对"中国原材料出口限制措施"案和管理自然资源时予以借鉴。
