摘要
手术作为一种应激事件严重地影响着患者的精神状态.长期饱受骨病（如髋、膝退行性骨关节病或脊柱疾病）的中老年患者在面临手术时会出现不同程度的抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、失眠等症状.同时患者的人格特征以及慢性疾病对患者心理的影响,使得患者术前的心理问题更为突出,进而影响到术前准备和术后康复.本文就心理学在骨病外科治疗中的研究和应用做一综述.
The operation can have significant impact on patients＇ mental states. Patients with degenerative bone and joint diseases tend to exhibit symptoms such as anxiety, depression, fear, insomnia and so on before the operation. At the same time, patients＇ personality traits may also cause mental problems that affect preoperative preparation and postoperative recovery. Previous literature has failed to provide consistent findings regarding this issue, which may be due to the differences in terms of the specific sampling, measures, and patients. Depression and anxiety can be influenced by the type of bone disease, social support, level of education, and prior surgical treatment. In order to understand patients＇ mental states, we need to apply measures derived from psychology, which complies with the majority of current studies on this topic. Other scholars also examined the mechanisms through which psychological problems developed. This study reviewed previous literature applying psychology to the surgical treatment of bone diseases. We discussed methods that may relieve patients＇ anxiety and depression, including medical and non-medical treatment, We found that medical treatment and non-medical treatment can be applied simultaneously, which can lead to better postoperative rehabilitation and recovery.
