摘要
真心痛是指心前区剧烈疼痛,伴见面色苍白、冷汗淋漓、四肢发凉、脉微欲绝为主要临床表现的病证。如不及时救治,常可危及生命。如《内经》记载了真心痛"手足青至节,心痛甚"的症状,及"旦发夕死,夕发旦死"的不良预后。在临床采用中西医治疗的基础上,注重中医护理,强调辨证施护,取得了良好的疗效。
Cardiodynia is the pain at precordial region,And comitant clinical contain are pale,dripping wet of cold sweat,Coolness of extremities,pulse to disappearing.It is threating to life without remedy in time;For instance,the Symptom about cyanosis extremity and Cardiodynia,the kak-prognosis about onset of disease in the morning and dying in the evening,onset of disease in the evening and dying in the next morning was recorded inInner Canon .There are satisfactory therapeutic effect by emphasizing Cardiodynia＇s nursing care by Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）,at the same time underlining differentiation of symptoms and signs＇Nursing Basing of conbining treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in clinic.
