摘要
[目的]观察推拿治疗枕大神经痛的临床疗效。[方法]取风池、风府、天柱、肩井、天宗、太阳穴、角孙、玉枕、阿是穴进行推拿。[结果]治疗1～2个疗程后,临床治愈276例,显效35例,有效6例,总有效率为100%。[结论]推拿治疗枕大神经痛疗效显著。
[Objective]To observe clinical effect of treating greater occipital neuralgia by massage.[Method]Take the wind pool,wind house,Tianzhu,shoulders well,day cases,the temple,Sun angle,jade pillow,Ashi points for massage.[Results]After 1 to 2 coures of treatment,clinical cure 276 cases,markedly 35 cases,effective 6 cases,the total markedly rate for 100%.[Conclusion]Treating greater occipital neuralgia by massage has a good effect.
