摘要
[目的]观察电针加火罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。[方法]将128例患者随机分为两组,治疗组64例采用电针加火罐治疗,对照组64例口服丹鹿通督片、大活络胶囊治疗。治疗2个疗程(30d)后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈35例,好转24例,无效5例,总有效率92.00%;对照组治愈24例,好转26例,无效14例,总有效率78.00%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]电针加火罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗程短,见效快。
[Objective]To observe effect of electroacupuncture combined with cupping therapy for rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation.[Method]The 128 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Treatment group 64 cases with electroacupuncture combined plus cupping treatment,Control group 64 cases oral application Danlu Tongdu tablets,Dahuoluo capsule treatment.2 courses of treatment(30d) later to determine efficacy.[Result]The treatment group were cure 35 cases,improve 24 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total effciency rate for 92.00%.The control group were cure 24 cases,improve 26 cases,invalid 14 cases,the total effciency rate for 78.00%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Electro acupuncture combined with cupping in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is effective and short course of treatment.
