摘要
[目的]观察活血化瘀药联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。[方法]将120例患者随机分为两组。对照组60例给予口服阿司匹林及其他西医常规治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗的基础上加用活血化瘀药。经过1个疗程(4周)治疗后判定疗效,观察两组治疗前后血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)含量。[结果]临床疗效、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)含量,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]活血化瘀药联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效显著。
[Objective]To observe effect of treating acute ischemic stroke with Huoxue Huayu medicine plus aspirin.[Method]The 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Control group 60 cases oral application aspirin and other conventional western medicine treatment.Treatment group 60 cases in the control group based on the use Huoxue Huayu medicine.After 1 courses of treatment（4weeks） after treatment to determine efficacy,Observation of two groups before and after treatment,serum C-reactive protein（CRP） content.[Results]The clinical efficacy,serum C-reactive protein（CRP） content,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P0.05,P0.01）.[Conclusion]Treating acute ischemic stroke with Huoxue Huayu medicine plus aspirin has a good effect.
