摘要
[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]将70例随机分为两组。两组均给予糖尿病常规治疗,使血糖浓度保持稳定。对照组34例给予维生素B1、维生素B12肌肉注射。治疗组36例在对照组治疗的基础上,应用补阳还五汤加减,1剂/d,水煎分2次服。两组均10d为1个疗程,连续治疗2～3个疗程。治疗3个疗程进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组治愈10例,显效18例,好转6例,无效2例,总有效率94.44%。对照组治愈3例,显效11例,好转12例,无效8例,总有效率76.47%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效满意,无副作用。
[Objective]To observe the effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by Fill Yang Also Five Soup plus WM.[Method]80 patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,Two groups all received the basic treatment to make the blood sugar in the stabilization level.Control group IM Vit B1 Injection 100mg and Vit B12 injection.Treatment group base on the treatment of control group,use the fill yang also five soup add and subtract cure.10 days were a treatment course.Both groups were observed after 3 treatment course.[Results]The treatment group were cure 10 cases,markedly 18 cases,improve 6 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency rate for 94.44%.The control group were cure 3 cases,markedly 11 cases,improve 12 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total efficiency rate for 76.47%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Fill Yang Also Five Soup plus WM treating DPN has a good clinical effect and no side effects.
