摘要
从祖国医学方面阐明了痰、瘀常常互相影响、胶结为病的机理,为临床上痰瘀同治治疗冠心病提供了理论依据。通过对痰瘀互结型冠心病分型、治疗的总结,明确了痰瘀同治就是要治瘀又要治痰,两者兼顾而不能偏废某一个方面,标本兼顾,随证应变,这样才能达到满意疗效。
This thesis discuss the mechanism of the phlegm and blood.statsis resulting in CHD,and elucidate that they usually afeete each other.All above provide the theoretical foundation for clinical treatment.Also,through the study of classifying and treatmenting CHD in TCM,we consider that treating from phlegm and blood—statsis means we must treat blood—statsis as wel as phlegm,both sides not only one.Thus the satisfied curative effect could be achieved.
