摘要
代谢综合征(MS)是一组以高血压、血脂异常、肥胖、血糖水平升高为特征的引起血管结构和功能异常的临床综合征。与非代谢综合相比,合并MS的心血管病人发生心血管事件危险明显增多,近年来已引起学者的广泛关注。高血压病(EH)是心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素,临床上EH合并各种形式的代谢紊乱越来越常见,其造成的心、脑、肾、血管等靶器官损害也越来越复杂和严重。中医药在治疗EH合并MS这方面显示出了独特的优势,本文从对EH与MS的认识入手,综述近年来EH合并MS在中医方面的研究进展。
Metabolic Syndrome（MS）,a clinical syndrome of abnormal structure and function on vessels,Caused by high blood pressure,blood lipid abnormality,obesity and higher blood sugar.The risk of cardiovascular events in cardiovascular patients Complicated with MS,which has attracted wide attention recently,had evident increase compared with non MS.Essential Hypertension（EH） was the important risk factor of cardio-cerebrovascular disease.In clinic,EH Complicated with multiform metabolic disorder became more and more common,that caused more and more complicated and serious in Target Organ Damage such as in heart,brain and kidney.Traditional Chinese Medicine had the special advantage in the treatment of EH Complicated with MS.Starting from the Recognition of EH and MS,this article review recent research situation of TCM therapy for EH Complicated with MS.
