摘要
目的 探讨心室晚电位 (VLP)无创检查法评价心肌梗塞 (AMI)患者冠状动脉供血状况的可行性。方法 以冠状动脉造影 (CAG)为金标准 ,验证VLP无创检查法对 67例AMI患者冠状动脉供血状况的检查结果。结果 VLP无创检查法能很好地反映AMI患者冠状动脉供血改善程度。结论 VLP无创检查法可以作为评价AMI患者心肌供血状况的一种简便有效的辅助检查方法。
Objective To explore the feasibility of non invasive examination of ventricular late potential (VLP) evaluated the status of supplying blood of coronary artery(CA) in patients with acute myocardiac infarction(AMI).Methods According to a gold standard of coronary arteriography (CAG),to validate the examinational results of 67 patients with AMI by non invasive examinational method of VLP.Results The non invasive examination method of VLP could satisfactorily express the improved degree of supplying blood of CA in patients with AMI.Conclusion The non invasive examination method of VLP may act as a simple and effective and assistant examination method for assessing the status of supplying blood to cardiac muscle in patients with AMI.
