摘要
目的 探讨T细胞的杀伤机制。方法 采用51 Cr释放试验 ,检测了 3种T细胞系 (OE4、4Q11、BK1)对瘤细胞TA3的细胞毒作用。结果 CD4 + T细胞系BK1,4Q11也具有特异的杀伤作用。结论 除CD8+ CTL外 ,还存在CD4 + CTL ,其杀伤作用依赖于Fas
Objective To investigate the cytotoxicity T of lymphocyte.Methods 3 kinds of T cell lines(OE4,4Q11,BK1) were used in specific 51 Cr release assay,target cell line was TA3.Results CD8 + CTL line OE4 caused highly specific lysis of target cells.4Q11 and activated BK1 were expressed directional cytotoxicity for target cell eventhough they are CD4 + T cells.Conclusion Besides CD8 + CTL,some of CD4 + T cells can specifically kill target cells through Fas/FasL pathway.
