以急性肾功能不全起病的Caroli综合征伴发ARPKD病1例
A case of acute onset of renal insufficiency in Caroli syndrome associated with ARPKD and literature review
摘要
Caroli病表现为肝内胆管异常扩张,可累及多支,内可有胆汁淤积及胆石形成,管壁常有不同程度的纤维化或和急慢性炎症,伴发先天性肝纤维化时称为Caroli病Ⅱ型或Caroli综合征。
